I must say that my company's Eldercare Specialist has gone above and beyond the definition of professionalism. She takes on the problems that we cannot resolve ourselves. I would not have known where to go for advice, and more so, would not have the time to make the calls. Please do maintain this service! With my workload and little time to make the phone calls or know where to find the answers I need, she makes sure that she does find the time to make the calls and find solutions to our problems.
